Nacho Bar:
Tri Colored chips with a variety of toppings; Seasoned ground beef, Pico de Gallo, Sour Cream, Salsa, Jalapenos and Queso.

Pasta Bar:
Enjoy Penne noodles with Alfredo or Marinara Sauce as well as toppings of your choice; chicken, broccoli, sautéed mushrooms, and Parmesan.

Passed hors d’oeuvres

Mushroom Caps:
A mixture of sausage, cream cheese and spices baked in a mushroom cap.

Grilled Chicken Brochettes:
Skewered chargrilled chicken tenders with a cilantro lime glaze.

Mini Crab Cakes:
Oven roasted petite crab cakes served with a garnish of garlic and poblano aioli.

Cheesy Grit and Shrimp Shooter:
Hot cheesy grits prepared on a serving spoon topped with a pre cooked shrimp bite.

Fresh Fruit Kabob:
Skewers of fresh strawberries, pineapple and purple grapes. Displayed and served in pineapple halves.

Veggie Crudités Shot:
Julianne sticks of carrots, red bell pepper and celery in a creamy Ranch dip in a plastic shot glass.
